Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: Yes, our wholesale minimum is 1 case (20 lbs or 12 x 12 oz bags, depending on format). This ensures the freshest roast dates and wholesale pricing advantages.
Q: Can I place a sample order before committing?
A: Absolutely. We offer discounted sample kits for cafés, restaurants, and offices so you can taste our blends before stocking them.

Q: How is wholesale pricing structured?
A: Pricing is tiered based on volume. The more you order, the more you save. Login to your account to see your custom rates.
Q: What payment options do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards and ACH. Credit cards occur and extra 3% surcharge. ACH occurs no fees. Established wholesale partners may request Net 15/30 terms upon approval.

A: Yes. Through our Coffee Chef Tech Support division, we provide espresso machines, grinders, brewers, installation, and service.

A: We do. Training covers espresso calibration, brewing methods, and customer experience, so your team can serve every cup with consistency.
