Is there a minimum to order for free delivery?

Yes it is. We kindly ask our clients to place at least 2 cases minimum to ensure free delivery. In case you request 1 case only, you will be charged a 12.90 delivery fee.

Which days you deliver usually?

If you are locate in the NY/NJ area, expect deliveries on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you are located in the DMV area, expect 2 business day transit time. As a rule of thumb, once we receive an order before 12:00PM EST (cutoff time), we need 3 business days to fulfill and deliver the order.

How often do you roast your coffees? Will I receive a freshly roasted coffee bag?

We roast weekly at our roastery in Brooklyn, NY. All the coffee bags mention the specific roast date underneath, making sure that you receive only the most freshly roasted coffees avaibable!

Can you grind some of the coffees whenever I place an order?

Absolutely! We have the option of mentioning which coffees would you like grinded and what type exactly! If you have any specific requirements, feel free to write them down in the notes before checkout and we will try to accommodate them to the best of our capabilities.

Do you offer returns for coffee products?

We have a 14 day return window! However, be advised that you will be charged for the shipping cost. Before you initiate a return, reach out to us to see how we can help you with whatever issue you are facing

If returning an item, you will be responsible for the shipment, all related costs, and risks related to the return shipment.

Items may be returned up to 14 days from receiving the order. We only accept resalable items in its original packaging with the tags attached and in the same state as received, unused and undamaged.

Personalized items are made to order; we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges to personalized pieces once your order has been submitted.

After receiving and reviewing your return, you will receive a new product or refund as soon as possible.

ORDER CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION

If you decide to cancel or modify your order, please write to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change. If it’s too late for our team to cancel/modify your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it.
