The Installation Process

Step 1: Site Assessment & Measurement

We begin with a comprehensive on-site evaluation of your location:

  • Space measurement to ensure proper equipment fit
  • Connection assessment – electrical, water, and drainage requirements
  • Utility capacity review to confirm your location can support the equipment
  • Pre-installation planning to identify any special setup requirements

This critical step prevents costly delays and ensures seamless integration with your existing infrastructure.

Step 2: Machine Selection

We work with premium espresso machine brands engineered for commercial use:

  • Sanremo D8 – Professional-grade espresso machine
  • Astoria AB200 – Reliable commercial performer
  • Wega Wbar – Advanced brewing technology
  • Wega Urban – Space-efficient design
  • Iberital Vista – Precision engineering

All machines are available for special order with lead times of 1–3 weeks for espresso machines and 5–7 weeks for drip coffee brewers.

Machine Warranty & Water Filtration Requirements

1-Year Defective Parts Warranty

All new machines include a one-year warranty on defective parts.

Critical Requirement: Water Filtration

Your machine's warranty depends on proper water filtration:

  • You must install and maintain a water filter that reduces or eliminates calcium deposits
  • This filter is your responsibility to monitor and replace as needed
  • The filter protects your equipment from mineral buildup and extends machine life
  • Warranty will be void if calcium filtration is not active

We recommend checking your water system with our team during the pre-installation assessment.
