SHIPPING
Roasting & Processing Times
All of our coffee is roasted to order for maximum freshness.
- Orders placed on business days are typically roasted and shipped the next business day.
- During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Timeframes
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 1–3 business days within the continental United States, depending on the carrier and destination. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Ioannis Coffee Chef.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with:
- Your order details
- A tracking number (where available)
- A link to follow your shipment status
If you do not receive a confirmation email within a reasonable time, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact us at info@ioanniscoffeechef.com.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping costs (and any available free-shipping promotions) are displayed at checkout.
- Rates are calculated based on destination, order weight/size, and selected carrier/service.
- From time to time, we may offer promotional free shipping; such offers will be clearly indicated on the website or during checkout.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
- We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
- If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@ioanniscoffeechef.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because we focus on freshness and quality, some products cannot be returned. Please read the following carefully.
Coffee (Beans & Ground)
Due to the perishable nature of coffee and the freshness standards we strive to maintain, we are unable to accept returns on coffee once it has left our roastery.
However, if:
- We made a mistake with your order (wrong item, wrong grind, wrong quantity), or
- There is a quality issue with the coffee you received
please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ioanniscoffeechef.com with your order number and a brief description (photos are helpful). We’ll review the situation and may, at our discretion, offer:
- A replacement, and/or
- Store credit, or
- A partial or full refund
Equipment
For third-party brewing equipment, grinders, kettles, and similar products:
- Returns, repairs, and warranty claims are typically governed by the manufacturer’s return and warranty policies.
- In most cases, equipment must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for return.

We’ll help you understand whether the matter should be handled directly with the manufacturer and how to proceed.
Merchandise (Non-Equipment Goods)
For apparel, accessories, and other non-coffee merchandise:
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery,
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with any tags still attached.
To request a return:
- Email info@ioanniscoffeechef.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and provide instructions for shipping the item back.
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe (processing time may vary by bank or card issuer).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ioanniscoffeechef.com.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging if damage is visible.
We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement, store credit, or refund.
EXCHANGES
We do not typically offer direct product-for-product exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may:
- Request a return (if eligible under the terms above), and
- Place a new order for the item you prefer.
